Should you buy a house in the middle of a trade war?

Garry Marr asked five people whether a trade war changes the decision to buy. Neil was the only mortgage broker among them, and the practical advice in the piece is his: renewing with your current lender does not require requalifying, underwriters may cool on auto and steel workers in the months ahead, and a floating rate still sits about half a point below a five-year fixed.
